The Diamond Rental building is a 30,000 square foot building designed as one of the company’s larger facilities servicing the Wasatch Front. This facility was a design/build from concept to delivery including entitlement work on the property. This building was custom designed to accommodate multiple facets of the company’s rental services.
Although this facility was pretty straight forward as far as design and finishes, it had a range of needs specific to the company that needed to be addressed. The highlight of the facility is the two story showroom designed to show an array of the company’s displays, services and rental equipment. The facility also houses offices, training rooms and an employee breakroom.
